Drink at least 16 oz. of water first thing in the morning right after you wake up, it gives your metabolism a huge quickstart! Then continue throughout the day trying to drink a gallon a day.

No soda! It is loaded with sugar.

Add hot spices to your food, this also kicks your metabolism into high gear.

Eat plenty of fruits and veggies.

Don't deprive yourself of something you really want, if you find yourself wanting a candy bar or ice cream-have it and don't feel guilty about it afterwards. If you deprive yourself of something you want, your brain still sends a "craving" signal to your body and in turn your body will produce extra glucose compensate for it.

Eat Breakfast! Never skip it as it really is the most important meal of the day.

Eat a 1/2 cup of Pink Grapefruit every morning with breakfast!

The gym is an absolute must! Try to work out at least 3 times a week.
And if you can, hire a personal trainer, it is one of the best things I ever did for myself!

Think fit and thin at all times!
You will be amazed what this will do, if you think it-you are it!

Do not Value what you have in life,
but Who you have in your life!
